iFP Network is a voluntary, members-only educational and knowledge-sharing community of CFP® and financial planning professionals. It does not provide investment advice, client-specific financial planning, securities or portfolio recommendations, or any other regulated advisory service. Nothing on the website or shared by members is an offer of, or a recommendation for, any product or service.

• Membership is by application through Join the Network and is granted at the discretion of the network. Verifying with Google is not an application; an application is made only when it is submitted.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date through My Profile.
• Your membership is tied to the Google account you applied with. Use Member Login with that account, keep it secure and do not share access with anyone else.
• Members take part in their individual professional capacity. Services a member offers independently are separate from iFP Network and are not provided through, by or on behalf of the network.

Webinar recordings, resources, calculators, presentations, the member directory and messages are for members' personal educational use within the community. Do not copy, record, publish or redistribute them outside the community without the permission of the network and of the author concerned.

You keep ownership of what you contribute — messages, testimonials, presentations and other material. By contributing you allow iFP Network to display it to members within the community (testimonials after admin review). You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not include confidential client information.

Use the website in line with the Community Guidelines. Do not misuse the website, try to access areas or data you are not authorised to see, or interfere with its operation.

The network may decline an application, or suspend or end a membership, where these terms or the Community Guidelines are not followed or where membership is otherwise no longer appropriate. You may end your membership at any time by writing to the network through the Contact page.

The website and its content are provided for education and information only, on an “as is” basis. The Important Disclaimers — including the Limitation of Liability — form part of these terms.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
